Hall
Lamorna Valley, home to the Lamorna School of Artists in the early 20th century, is still a thriving community. In the 1960s a group of enthusiastic people transformed the redundant village school into a community centre. Lamorna Village Hall offers a variety of events and classes throughout the year. It is also used by Paul Parish Council for their meetings and the Lamorna Society for its AGM . The Village Hall Committee organises a series of autumn and winter talks and a Christmas Fair. The Hall is available for private hire.
The Hall has a capacity of up to 50 people seated or 80 standing. There is a raised stage and also a kitchen, central heating, toilets and a car park. The Hall is licensed for the sale of alcohol. Hire charges are £15 per session (morning, afternoon, evening). There is a discounted rate for bookings of 5 days or more.
